Excellent hotel! I'd definitely recommend this to a friend. The hotel is in a prime location in the city. Service and hospitality is spot on. Rooms are very luxurious. The complimentary breakfast was very exquisite with a wide variety of delectables. The overall experience was truly unforgettable.

The hosts: 'Family' sums it up. I was welcomed and taken care of as if I am family, and that was exactly how I felt the moment I arrived at the property. The staff: The entire team were friendly and helpful, very attentive to my needs. The cook is a VERY good chef, tailors the food to personal preference and dietary needs. The resort and rooms: new and stylishly furnished. I personally love the wood furniture and lighting in the room, very warm and homey. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. The bed was super comfortable and so was the blanket. The property and rooms are clean and thoughtfully managed and decorated. The garden: beautiful and peaceful with a gorgeous view. Perfect place to lounge for an afternoon under the sun. Overall, words can not do justice to how wonderful my stay at the resort was. I definitely intend to return to visit my family in India.

This property has a worst location, extremely old set up, whatever is shown in the pictures appeared to be a set up. Sofa, beds, etc were too old and badly done up. Room had low ceilings which made it suffocating. In all it appeared like a cell in a jail than of a resort. Manager was impolite. We decided to move out immediately, and the manager didn't give any refund. Imagine if you go with your family and decide to let go of 50% of the advance, just because this property was this bad.

    I recently spent 3 beautiful days exploring Nainital, and it’s an ideal destination for solo travelers. Naini Lake was the highlight with its serene boat rides and scenic surroundings, while the Snow View Point offered breathtaking Himalayan vistas. A quiet hike to Tiffin Top (Dorothy’s Seat) provided peaceful views perfect for reflection and photography. I enjoyed meals at Sakley’s Restaurant & Pastry Shop (highly recommend the walnut brownie) and Zooby’s Kitchen for North Indian comfort food, along with delicious street snacks like momos and roasted corn. Getting around was easy, with most attractions walkable and local cabs available for nearby spots like Bhimtal and Sattal. My solo adventures included boating, kayaking, a cable car ride, view of Nainital from Tower 360, nature walks and relaxing café visits. The town felt safe, welcoming, and vibrant, making it a perfect solo getaway that left me feeling rejuvenated and inspired.

    If you're visitng nainital i will say fall or early winter...

    If you're visitng nainital i will say fall or early winter is the best time to visit and least crowd with stunning views. and if travelling in winter you might get lucky and witness snowfall mall road has plenty of facilities and you can explore around like kainchi dham, bhimtal, naini jheel boating, and many more things to do.

    4 day trip and got to revisit a lot of places .. was a nostalgia trip. However, overall Ranikhet, Orakhan are nicer now. Nainital has amazing lakes and scenery but way too much traffic and religious sights now. The roads and altitude struggles to cope with overpopulation. Definitely still scenic but very noisy and cramped now compared to past years

    A beautiful lake city with a great weather to cut out from humidity and heat of cities. Lots of activities including boating, paragliding, zipline, etc. in and near by. A night stroll on mall road everyday until we stayed became a ritual.
