All staffs are nice with high hospitality. Facility was clean and located at walking distance from sightseeing places. Everything including laundry and restaurant is well managed. One thing I struggled was that sometimes wifi does not work or slow, but I assume this is not because of the hotel but all Kushinagar area has the same issue.

We stayed for 2 days in the hotel JPPalace. The hotel is just 1,5km from Paranirvana stupa. Everything was ok and corresponded to presented services.  We really appreciated help of Mr. Amit Tiwari, the manager, who was able to arrange everything we needed.
