    Ranchi is not a place i would recommend for european...

    Ranchi is not a place i would recommend for european tourists. I was there to se England v India cricket. There is absolutely nothing in Ranchi to attract tourists. The photos are of my bed linen which had not been cleaned for i don’t know how long. Another reviewer said it was a 4 star hotel! I wouldn’t give it one star!

    There are plenty of places around Ranchi, I would suggest...

    There are plenty of places around Ranchi, I would suggest every nature lover to go and explore Jharkhand, not just Ranchi. However, by putting up at Ranchi one can visit places like picturesque Patratu Ghati, famous falls like Hudru, Jonha and Dasham, can also visit Jagannath Temple in Ranchi itself, Surya Mandir at Bundu. There are innumerable water bodies in and around Ranchi like Rukka Dam etc. so there are plenty of places to visit in and around Ranchi.

    First of all, it gives a great vibe to anybody visiting it.

    First of all, it gives a great vibe to anybody visiting it. Next, if you stay in a congested metro city, Ranchi is an amazing getaway with so much fresh air to breathe. Personally, it is a place very close to my heart because of some family ties that although not currently in existence, was very much there in the past. And lastly, the people I met - my best friend lives here, and the people she invited on a Sunday evening were so bubbly. There is so much fun to be had in this place - and being a small city, you don't have to travel too much to visit places, Lastly, you will want to come back again. :)

    local native people are not very helpful. Plenty of construction work going on throughout.. streets have become more crowded . people from other states staying there are more cordial.. cleanliness has improved a lot as compared to my last visit 10 years back..

    The manager was cooperative and always ready for helping. Provided drinking water whenever asked for. The property is having in house resturant facility which was chargeable. Location wise it was little far away from Rachi Stn, Hatia Stn and Ranchi Airport, but in the heart of the city.
