Great accommodation, well placed for star trip. Excellent location for northern light chasing. The owners are very cooperative in all means. Very good breakfast in a Cousy and very pleasant dining room. Bottom line: warm recommendation.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at South Central Apartments. The apartment was modern, spotless, and cozy, providing a perfect home base for us as a couple. One of the best parts was the convenience of self check-in and check-out, which made our stay flexible and hassle-free. Hot tub session early in the morning while the sun was rising: awsome! Everything was perfect, fantastic and cosy room with beautiful bathroom/ shower. Noteworthy are the flowers in the room that gave it a special atmosphere: Takk!!

Great cottage in a very peaceful location. It has fully equipped kitchen and outside grill where we could easily prepare all food. Cottage was clean and warm. Hot water in the shower didn't have any smell, which happens in other places in Iceland.

    It's not close to town which makes it a good location for...

    It's not close to town which makes it a good location for stargazing or catching the northern lights if the weather cooperates. There aren't many cottages giving you a degree of privacy that feels exclusive. It's close enough to Selfoss to be convenient for dining and basic needs. We used it as a springboard to all of Southwestern Iceland as far as Vik. Great location! The property owners live on site and are amazingly responsive to any issue in addition to being courteous communicators.
