This was, by far, the best kept boutique hotel we have been to. Spotless inside and out. The sraff are extremely kind and accomodating. We intend to make return trips here. Though Pizzo is a smaller town compared to its neighbour Tropea and others, its charm far exceeds its size. The restaurants in the piazza are like cousins that live on the same street, calling at eachother across the square and sending patrons from one spot to the next showing such a heartwarming sense of community. Yes, the tartuffi are outstanding, from artisnal gelato to the fresh nuts and coatings they use. The location is quite central to other popular tourist destinations requiring short drives or train rides to those spots without the hefty price tags or overcrowded piazzas. Overall the wirst part of the trip was having to leave. It began to feel like home very fast thanks to the staff at the hotel and in the piazza. Highly recomended.

Everything was perfect! The room was very neat and clean and the owner Eliseo was super kind. Location was perfect too, just next to lovely restaurants and cafes and close to Pizzo beach.

It is a small, carefully run hotel in the city centre. The room had a nice view of the picturesque old houses and the hotel has a wonderful quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is in the center of town, it was possible to park very close to the hotel. A stone's throw away are several options of where to go for dinner. We could only stay one night unfortunately as we were doing a sightseeing tour of Calabria. We would have really liked to have stayed longer at this place.

Nice appartment with fully equipped little kitchen, nice and clean bathroom, everything looked new. I appreciated daily room cleaning. Staff was very friendly. Breakfasts in the garden under a lemon tree were very pleasant, just choice could be little more variable. The old town is really charming with all those narrow lines and stairs up and down, city beach was fine with a very clean water. And just couple of minutes from the appartment.

Awesome apartment in a quiet area of a typical Italian small village (at least how I imagined it) with a lovely terrace, which I loved to stay on, a big kitchen, and comfortable beds. The marina with the free beach, free parking and a lot of restaurants are just 2 minutes away. I liked that in the kitchen there were basics like olive oil, salt, sugar, coffee machine with capsules. Also, there was a washing machine, which for me is a big plus - we used it several times. Our host, Antonella, was great - she took care of even small details so that our stay to be comfortable - like providing an umbrella for the beach, a drawing book for our kid, and even allowing us to check out later. I really sorry we stayed just 3 nights and hope next time to be much longer!
