We had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We were particularly impressed with the delightful afternoon snack provided by the hotel, which was a lovely treat. Additionally, the gourmet dinner was an absolute highlight of our stay, featuring exquisite dishes and impeccable presentation. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, we highly recommend hotel for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The hotel is literally few minutes walk from the ski lift station. That's highly attractive if you are coming for skiing or hiking. But be aware that's quite far from the city center. Both breakfast and dinner are good and tasty:) Very good gym and fairly good spa area. Even the living room is equipped with some sport staff:) Wifi is fast. The hotel personnel is helpful and really professional.

We stayed for a week and we loved everything about this place. The location close to Kronplatz cable car, the amazing view from our balcony to the mountains, the pleasant staff with helpful advice for hiking, the clean rooms, good breakfast with plenty of choices, even plenty of parking space. All in all we could certainly come back there.

It was very nice and special experience to stay in this family pension. Everything was perfect, starting with warm welcoming and smooth check-in, follow up with excellent services during the breakfast and dinners, privat shuttle service - really practical and time saving, good room service including nice details like blanket folded into a different shape every morning. On top, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful! And we highly recommend to order half-board! Dinners were soo delicious!! - and included starter, soup, main course and desert. Also the locatin was quite and very close to the lifts. It was really great time to stay there and we will definatelly coma back again!

Hotel Krondlhof is a cozy and modernly furnished hotel in an excellent location, just a short distance from the ski lifts to Kronplatz. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The absolute highlight of our stay was the dinners – an exceptional culinary experience! I simply have to come back again.

This property is simply outstanding! The location is great if you want to explore the dolomites, the food is delicious and the half-broad menu varies daily. The spa and pool facilities are very nice and the rooms are beautiful as well as thoughtfully designed. The best part of the trip though was given by the staff: everyone has been incredible, friendly and professional. Special thanks to miss Veronica who gave us the best tips to make the most out of our holiday, to the bartender who delighted us with the best drinks, and to Claudia who baked excellent apfel strudels! Truly, we had a great time at Langgenhof!

    Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination. Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone. All are very well groomed every single night. Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates. Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.

    A very neat, clean and perfectly organized city with Austrian organization and Italian flair. The feeling of security is very high, there are no beggars, no suspicious men. The stores sell excellent goods, there are no cheap stores like New Yorker, generally there are no international brands, but that's why you find very high quality goods at reasonable prices. The food is gastronomic, and the prices are acceptable. The architecture is first class.

    The town is so lovely. A gorgeous river runs through it. Very walkable city and they have Bikes you can rent. Very nice places to stroll and shop/eat/imbibe. Friendly people. The Brunico castle was beautiful. Wish I had been able to stay longer.

    The hotel is located on a green and peaceful Highland above Brunico. Room was good and nicely arranged. Personnel was kind and supportive. Breakfast very rich and good quality. Special mention for the restaurant (we had half board): quality was excellent, exceeding various restaurants where we went during our trip. Wellness area was nice (we especially liked the hay sauna).

    Beautiful hotel with a family feel. Perfectly located with recently renovated top quality facilities (particularly the spa). We had the half board option and the food was incredible and to a high level with plenty of variety. Rooms were a great size and always kept very clean and staff were always very friendly and accommodating.

    Fully equipped and clean apartment, furnished in a traditional alpine fashion. The location is great for accessing the nearby ski resorts and the town of Bruneck. Although the apartments are approximately 450 m from the main hotel, it is not a problem to access it. The free spa was well worth the short trip across the river.
