With familly had a wonderful stay at these cozy and welcoming apartments with a terrace overlooking the sea. The place was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens, towels, and even some spices and coffee left by previous guests. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The location is convenient, close to both shops and the beach. The host met us at the bus stop in the center, showed us around the key spots, and drove us to the apartment. The place is very peaceful and quiet, and we never heard or saw the neighbors. Although the host doesn’t speak English, we managed perfectly with an online translator, and everything went smoothly. If you’re choosing, I highly recommend the 2nd and 3rd houses at Nina’s House – they come with a terrace overlooking the sea and offer a great experience.

Our stay at Andrea's place was great. He picked up us at the train station when we arrived to S. Caterina dello Ionio late in the day, and took us back, early in the morning, when it was time to check out. The apartment is located very near the beach, and the town is very quiet if you are looking for a relaxing time near the sea. Don't miss the wines and artisan products made by Andrea and his family. They even left us a a couple of bottles (red & white) as a welcome gift. If we encountered any issue, they would go out of their way to help with a smile on their faces. Grazie mille!

I had an amazing solo stay at Nina’s House. The flat was perfect—spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The stunning view of the surrounding area was truly breathtaking and added so much to the experience. Andrea, the host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. He went above and beyond by offering a bottle of wine as a thoughtful courtesy and some local bio products, which made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend Nina’s House to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay in Santa Caterina dello Ionio. I would definitely return!
