    We stayed here because we loved the idea of staying in a castle and it was a very reasonable cost for a night. We were in Room 2 on the ground floor and is part of the castle wall. There was a comfortable king-sized bed, a table and two chairs, a small fridge, a kettle and cups to make a drink. The shower had good pressure. Breakfast was served to us and was lovely. We enjoyed exploring the small castle inside the walls. We had a delicious dinner at Osteria Torre, across the road from Castel Ritaldi.
