I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met during my stay, and their attention to detail was truly remarkable. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. Beautiful hotel, perfectly located in Stresa! Our room was so quiet, comfortable and charming, and we loved having breakfast delivered to our room and eating out on the balcony with views of the lake. Great restaurants within just a couple of minutes walk of the hotel, and the boat dock to go to the islands was basically across the street. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

I really enjoyed my stay in hotel. Very helpful and pleasant staff! Breakfast was rich, a large selection of everything. Fish for dinner with local beer tasted great. The room equipment is not super modern, but everything was well functional and clean. I felt really good in the hotel.

The hotel is located in the first line just next to the lake coast. There is a spacious municipal parking in front of the hotel, easily available at 10 euros per day (buy the ticket at the hotel). The other places (the pier, the park, the beaches, the promenade) are close by as well. Breakfasts are very good. The aircon in the room works very well and saves you from the heat outside. Above that all, we are very grateful to the hotel staff who helped us to tackle a technical issue with our car.

At first, I really like the personel - very nice and helpful people. The location of the hotel is also very good - its situated in picturesque typical narrow italian street at the edge of a city centre just two minutes from port and lake promenade. I have also enjoyed typical italian breakfast - coffee, homemade pastry, fresh orange juice etc. When I will come to Lago Maggiore again, this would be surely my first choice.
