Absolutely superb experience. Fabulous room, grounds and hotel immaculately clean and well maintained. Food superb and staff could not do more to help - very professional and friendly. This is a 5 star stay. I am fussy and could not find one fault.

*A Paradise in Umbria – An Unforgettable Stay with Luis and Federico* We stayed for three nights at this magical place – and there’s no other word to describe it but paradise. The farmhouse is old, authentic, and full of charm. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and the new pool offers a breathtaking view. Our room was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts, Luis and Federico, are a wonderful couple – kind, warm, and attentive. The service was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and generous – the perfect way to start the day. *A must-visit if you’re staying in Umbria. We will definitely return!*

Overall, all of our expectations were exceeded from the front desk, breakfast and room service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend the Bontadosi hotel and Spa in Montefalco. Jade and Silva at the front desk to the breakfast staff team all were exceptional. The location is wonderful. Public Parking is easy and close by.

The property was in a great location less than 100 meters from Main Street in montefalco. It is right next to a lovely authentic church. The property is very new, clean and has everything you could need. Its layout is thoughtful and the sofa is comfortable to rest after walking around montefalco. It's very cool and the air conditioning is very welcome on hot 35 degree days. Riccardo was on hand if we needed anything. It was very easy to access to apartment and free parking was literally two streets down outside the walls. Great central location to stay in montefalco main town.

Everything was above expectations: a new, well equipped and spotless apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets in windows, outdoor dining under olive trees, beautifull clean pool with panoramic views and horses , of course. We spent perfect holidays here, the apartment was great strating point for various nice excursions and trips both to the nature and Umbria towns and villages.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-furnished and fully equipped apartment. The garden and pool were perfect for relaxing, the view is great, and everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
