Beautiful property, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Restaurant cozy with excellent food, prices on higher side. SPA needs to be pre-reserved and it is an extra charge. Pool area looks nice, but we didnt use it because it was a rainy day.

The rooms were fairly small but clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the heated indoor-outdoor pool, though the massages were quite average compared to other spa resorts we've visited. The food and wine selection at the resort were outstanding, and the views across the property were truly impressive. I would definitely return if I ever visit that area of Italy again. Also remember to call the resort before booking as some rooms are far from the property and some are inside the property.

    Artistic with many modern decorations mate by the owner, including a huge traditional Deruta style waze outdoors made by the owners grandfather. In the old town of Deruta, just next door from Umberto's ceramics workshop where you can have fun playing with clay and buy some quality products directly from owner at prices lower than in the shops.

    Staff were extremely friendly going over and above in all circumstances. Hotel was spotless, and tranquil. Buffet breakfast had a wide choice of food, including pastries, cereal, fruit and hot eggs snd bacon and fresh rolls. The restaurant food was amazing. We would highly recommend this family run friendly hotel a would certainly go back

    Family owned hotel and they were wonderful!! Perfect, charming little hotel tucked away in the countryside with lovely gardens, terraces and pool. Food was creative and delicious. We highly recommend!
