Location is amazing on a large property with a beautiful garden/forest on top of a hill. Probably recently renovated cause it looked great. Spacious room, spacious bathroom with large sink and shower with hose. Beautiful design of the whole place.

Historic house is very well renovated and usable in current times. We enjoyed the stay, despite bad weather, thanks to the easy to use stove/fire place. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped, perfect for 3 people, and pet-friendly as well. It is located in a serene area, with the option of car charging available right next to the parking. The host, Pamela, was extremely friendly and helpful. She stayed in constant touch from check-in to check-out to ensure everything went smoothly, and even helped us with the ZTL formalities. Highly recommended!

The location is so beautiful and really exceptional. It's peaceful and restful and it's the perfect place to recreate yourself and your mind. The location reminds me of my childhood place but as a better version of it. Irina, the host is one of the best hosts that we have ever met. She is very helpful and showed us everything we need to know about the location and access of services. Irina made sure that our staying was as pleasant as possible. Thank you Irina, and for sure we will be back. Thank you for everything.

it is really overwhelming when it comes to choosing a right place to stay in the lake como area, and we definitely got so lucky to stay here! Roberto is amazing, a true gem, helped us out with so many insight recommendations and just had such a cool vibe to him. the hotel is located in a quiet town very close to everything. honestly wish we could stay longer. the room was spacious and got cleaned every day, filled up with water and some snacks. on the ground floor there's a restaurant that is connected to the hotel, serving traditional food and drinks, it came in handy.

Absolutely wonderful and quaint. The bistro that is associated with the rooms offered wonderful food and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were comfortable and there was a lounge area where we could sit and drink a coffee. Highly recommended.

Beautiful lake-facing property. Had one of the two rooms built into a cave on the water which had a fun mini private beach/jetty area. Very lucky to be here in the first few days of the season in Spring with sunny weather. Splashed out on the tasting menu with wine pairings which was a very memorable special meal.

    Sweet little town/village up in the hills above the popular picturesque town of Varenna on Lake Como. Reached by car or a bus via winding road, quiet and tranquil place to relax and take it easy with access to the most beautiful lake of Italy - in my opinion 😊

    I can’t recommend more the place we visited and the house we stayed in. Esino Lario is about 5 miles from the lake and Varenna. It is a beautiful place up in the mountains with stunning nature, fresh air and friendly local people. You will find there everything you need including local shop and a nice bar restaurant. The house we stayed is lovely and equipped with all necessary facilities. Any thing you need or have a question you will get an instant response from the host, nothing is a chore. I would highly recommend this place.
