We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning 16th-century Airbnb, which has been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated to blend historical charm with modern luxury. The aesthetics are absolutely beautiful, original stone walls, elegant decor, and cozy yet sophisticated touches throughout the space. We stayed in the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail has been considered, from the high-quality linens and well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and thoughtful amenities. The host truly thought of everything. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool. The host was amazing, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He met us on arrival, gave us a full tour, and explained everything we needed to know. The little touches that they have added throughout our stay made a big difference and showed how much care and pride they take in hosting. The property is perfect for larger groups or two families traveling together, as you can rent out the entire place. We can't recommend this place highly enough, an exceptional experience that blends history, comfort, and hospitality in the best possible way

Property was in a strategic location, and the staff was very kind and available. When we arrived we had trouble opening the door because other guests had locked it with a key, and after speaking with the owner, someone arrived in very little time to open the door for us. The room itself was just perfect. It was clean and tidy, also with a “welcome breakfast” and a couple of water bottles waiting for us. The terrace was nice, with a working jacuzzi. No reserved parking but the road outside the property had plenty of space to park the car. City center easily reachable on foot. Right outside the property there is a rotisserie and an ice cream shop which was very comfortable.

    The bedroom was upstairs contrary to the description stated entire unit on ground floor. Couldn’t take our suitcases upstairs. Also, there was no landmark or city view except cross street neighbor. Description didn’t really match the accommodation. Cafes and restaurants were in close vicinity with fresh food.

    Nice little town in Puglia, straight in the center of the...

    Nice little town in Puglia, straight in the center of the Italy's "heel" which enables you to get to any side of the coast (east, south, west) within 30 minutes by car. This is especially handy do get away from the wind, meaning you can always pick the beach located opposite from the where the wind is coming from to get better weather. There are plenty of nice small restaurants, a lot of them run by family, which gives it an extra touch.

    Amazing location and accomodation, each morning waking up to the interiors view was just like a movie! And Galatina city walls are less then 50 meters far :) Super comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom and shower. The owner Mauro is just incredible and the true definition of an amazing host :) Extremely kind and always ready to give suggestions and help. On our departure day he even greeted us with traditional pasticciotto from Galatina, definitely a unique gesture :)

    Apartment was spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed. Checking in and out was very straightforward. I never met the hosts but they were very responsive on whatsapp. I had minimal contact with them as the apartment had everything I needed. The location was ideal as it was in the centre of the old town in Galatina.

    Everything was nice about the property. Galatina is basically 25 min from both coasts - Gallipoli or Otranto. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - Grazie Alberto. Rooms were spacious and clean.
