An amazing place with a truly wonderful owner – so warm, lovely, and incredibly accommodating. From the very first moment, we felt both welcome and at home. The atmosphere allowed us to relax right away, and everything was arranged with such great care and thoughtfulness. It’s the kind of place you’d love to return to, not only for the surroundings but also for the genuine hospitality we experienced.

Unique location in beautiful valley surrounded by the vineyards and olive gardens. Beautiful pool at villa and indoor and outdoor pool with spa on site. Very dog friendly hotel and superb food in one star level bistro or pool restaurant or on walking distance the Osteria. The prices of the excellent wines in the restaurant are very affordable and food pairing winepairing is offered at the bistro. The Borgo Condé is a unique high end offer for both venues and personal pleasures thanks to the overall quality and service and professionalism offered. Very good breakfast and super pet friendly. On site wine tasting available in a nice setting with Italian French and English explanations. The nearby town of Forli is 15 minutes away and worth visiting. But we stayed mostly on site for walks in the vineyards and swimming in the pools.

The location is fantastic for us. We use to visit the area and it is easy access from the A14 Autostrada, great parking (free), but walking distance into the town centre. Breakfast is excellent with brilliant staff. Rooms are great, large and well appointed. We have used this hotel previously and will definitely use again. Thank you to all the staff who make this an enjoyable experience.
