We had a fantastic stay accommodating our group of 9 who were on a cycling trip. The rooms were pleasant and clean and we were able to store the bikes in the garage for the night. Floriana very kindly booked us into a local restaurant where we had a superb meal which was followed up the next morning by a brilliant breakfast. Carru is a lovely little town and I would highly recommend staying at B&B Torre in Langa. Thank you for having us!

I had stayed here 8 years ago and wanted to come back. The hotel is owned by brewery Baladin, and was completely renovated by their founder, genius Teo Musso. The rooms are beautiful and each has their own decor. It's right across the street from their first brewery/bar, which is still working. Every Sunday Teo speaks about his journey and does a brewery tour of the new grounds down the street. Highly recommend it! Plus, this area is right next to Barolo, which has some of the best wines in Italy. Another nice town to visit nearby is Alba, which has a 3-star Michelin restaurant (Piazza Duomo) and a bistrot from the same owners, Piola.

The apartment itself is fully furnished, spotless, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a combination of comfort, beauty, and heartfelt care. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Langhe as it’s the perfect base to experience the region.
