The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the garden is beautiful with flowers in bloom. I also had a lovely meal at the restaurant while enjoying the wine and the view from the terrace. I will definitely be back for another stay. .

very nice rooms in Tuscany style, let us in for early Check in and made sure the room was ready by the time we needed to be in there, very friendly staff that speaks Italian German and English, helped us with our luggage too! parking spots available nearby for free and it takes you about 20-30 mins to get to piazzale Michelangelo which is great. The town of Impruneta itself was also beautiful and some nice restaurants 5 mins by car! They kept our luggage after checkout so we hadn’t had to worry about someone breaking into a fully packed up car in Florence

    A wonderful getaway into the countryside to experience Tuscany. The location allowed for visits around the nearby areas. Mercatale Val Di Pesa had so much history and the owners of Luiano Winery are wonderful!

    Everything was magical , Gianna and her family husband and son received us as friends from life , we were treated as family, Gianna’s food was glorious , Julio’s her son taught us how they made wine , the vineyards the pool the garden , the flowers , even Giotto their dog was loving , we had an amazing time there we didn’t wanted to end Mercatale Val di Pesa in Chianti is a small town of vineyards , peaceful and beautiful I sightseeing if you want to taste good wine , relax and enjoy La Toscana

    There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this hotel was. Best possible place to discover Tuscany - all the villages and place to visit are 1h drive away. It felt like the movies with its out of this world views and surroundings. Very peaceful and quiet with a pool. Everything you would expect from Tuscany area you can find at this hotel. On the grounds was the best restaurant we went to in Italy. Just absolutely amazing.

    The apartment is well stocked and spacious with good outdoor space. It is a walk up a hill to breakfast/ the main hotel so we had to drive due to having young children. The hotel saw it was my birthday during the stay and surprised me with a candle at breakfast which was very kind, thank you again! The wine and oil shop on site was very knowledgeable and friendly.

    Fantastic location, beautiful garden and swimming pool, very good breakfasts. Helpful personell. Secured parking with cameras. Wine tasting, shop with own olive oil (superclass!) and own wines (of course Chianti) at the hotel. Classy restaurant with mega food experience 250 meters away.

    Absolutely incredible experience. The hotel is stunning and was the perfect place to relax on our Italy trip. Also the people who work there are very kind and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
