Edoardo and Claudia are so lovely people, and their dog Pablo is super friendly. They created such a beautiful place, full of peace, a good vibe, and DELICIOUS food. I was so lucky I randomly found them on Booking. Definitely will come over again once back in Italy.

Great room, marvelous view, wonderful breakfast. That was amazing quiet relax between bustling Florence and noisy Pisa. We arrived from the train station to the hotel by bus. Bus stop is near the hotel. The train station is 10-15 minutes walk.

We found Villa easily. Check-in was super easy despite arriving at night. The room was beautiful with sea views. The cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings is great The best thing, without a doubt, apart from the friendliness of the staff and the location, was the restaurant. The food is excellent. My favourite dish was "pasta vongole". We hope to return soon and enjoy the pool and access to the sea.

    The location was beautiful and I was given a larger room than expected, incredible value for money for a short stay. The breakfast in the guest kitchen was lovely and you could make drinks there at any time. The food in the restaurant was really high quality. A long but pleasant walk through a forest trail brings you to the coast. A shorter walk through the village brings you to the Sanctuary of Montenero.
