Staying in such a well preserved castle was definitely value for money ! The staff was friendly (they actually gave as a tour to the castle's rooms and gave as a brief history). It is not so much a beautiful hotel but a stately home which it used to be in times gone by. It is still owned by the same family and every room is furnished with their personal antiques and pictures and each time we stay here we feel honoured.
