The apartment was spacious and cozy. The owner, Magdalena, was very friendly and her English was very good. Everything was smooth and easy, parking, elevator, etc. Heating system was easy to regulate per room what was very convenient. Every day there was a cleaning service to remove the garbage from bins and make beds.

Beautiful restaurant and a cozy spa area with only few rooms in a historical building in the heart of the old town. The staf is beyond friendly and kind. They let us use their parking space after checkout without extra charge. Breakfast was a world class experience as well.

    Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location: we enjoyed amazing views both form the large balcony in our room and in the ground floor area of the hotel, there we would spend evenings reading with a view on sunset-coloured mountains. During our stay we would use car to get from the hotel to hiking trails around Dolomites, which usually took us about 30 minutes. The food was great, and the mattresses were comfortably firm. Would definitely like to come here again.

    The staff is super friendly, we came with an EV and the very very nice lady from the hotel helped me to find a charging station & went together with me to pick me up and drive me back to the hotel! SUPER SERVICE!! The hotel is very sweet, nice, clean, top restaurant, overall we were very happy with our stay, although we only stayed overnight for a stop before going deeper into the dolomites. We can only recommend this hotel!

    The staff were amazing! Extremely friendly and went out of their way to help with recommendations and to make sure the guests have a good stay. The breakfast and dinner in a homely setting were also great as well as the beautiful and quiet setting of the hotel. It also has a fantastic outdoor area which we unfortunately didn't get to use during our stay.

    Location is absolutely perfect. Staff were very very nice even though English was minimal. The view over the apple orchards from our room were wonderful and the town centre is 200m (3 minutes walk) from the hotel.
