Great views from the verandah. Spacious and comfortable. Good for self catering but great restaurant a 5 minute walk away. Hosts wonderfully warm and welcoming. Made you feel like family coming to visit. You will need a car and Google translate if you don’t speak Italian. The hosts provide breakfast and deliver warm croissants to the door in the morning.

convenient location in close proximity to the city centre good decor friendly staff good selection for breakfast good restaurant (a bit too pricey though, we had our dinner there the night we arrived so it’s convenient and the next day found a great variety of good restaurant in the city centre at much better price )

Livia and her sister were so very welcoming and kind. We had a bit of difficulty finding the apt but when we called, Livia came to meet us. She gives us the keys and oriented us to the place. This was the best bed I’ve slept in yet. I woke up with no back pain! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back!

    The town of Oratino is small and beautiful.

    The town of Oratino is small and beautiful. We did not spend much time in the town. We spent more time in the neighboring town of Frosolone where our ancestors were from. We absolutely loved the Villa Panorama. It exceeded all of our expectations>
