The host was incredibly welcoming and considerate. As other reviews have mentioned, the accommodation was generously stocked with food, so we didn't even need to buy breakfast. When we wanted to have dinner out, the host, her husband, and their daughter took us to an amazing pizzeria and helped us order! Her husband made a great effort to communicate with us using Google Translate and suggested that we visit the Christmas market in Lecco, which we greatly appreciated. Although we arrived late, we were able to get the key without any issues thanks to her daughter! Lastly, the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

The hosts are a lovely friendly couple, a welcoming lady and an Italian gentleman. The location of the hotel is close to Lecco, half an hour from Como. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was at the highest level. The view is magnificent day and night. We are planning to come next year.

It was going to be our first time in Como. And we were meant to have a weekend getaway for our wedding anniversary. After spending a long time deciding which area of Como to stay in, we finally booked this hotel in Lecco, thinking we'd give it a chance—and it exceeded all expectations. The location turned out to be a fantastic one. Your window opens directly to the lake, and you wake up to an incredible view. The road in front of the hotel isn’t very busy, making it ideal for walks. Also, we had no issues at all with parking. After visiting all the other areas in Como, we were glad we booked here. The other popular spots were all overly crowded and commercial, but this place felt more local. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Paola was a star—such a sweet lady, always smiling and helpful. The restaurant/bar downstairs seemed quite sufficient; we sat for coffee a few times and had breakfast once. We will definitely return to Como and stay here again.

The house looks very interesting: stone walls, granite columns, oak doors and windows, a green lawn in front of a granite porch. Studio number is quite a spacious, quite spacious shower room.     Beautiful location, really good size rooms, all the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The pool was opened and the upstairs so gorgeous. The restaurant was also 10/10.     A very, very nice apartment in Pescate. All necessary equipment provided, included coffee machine. Very, very helpful Mara and Diego. Fast internet (100Mbit), smart TV, air conditioning, parking place.
