Amazing food, i cant believe we ate so good every evening. It was 5 star dinner every night. Also, the people working here are so kind and helpful, we really felt welcome and enjoyed our time here with kids (family room has two areas and a lot of space)

Nothing to complain about! Staff is very friendly, polite and understanding. Interieur is really nice looking. Location is perfect: not far from the center, so you can reach it on foot for 5 minutes, and at the same time it's far enough so you won't listen to another tourists the whole night, bus stops are almost near the building, and for sure marvelous view. Room is incredibly clean, comfortable and an eye-pleasing. And for sure, the most important thing - the price matches the quality. Any time I'll need to stay in Brixen, I'll doubtless choose this hotel.

An exceptional hotel with breathtaking mountain views, waking up to such a sight is an incredible experience. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff for being the best at what they do. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food was delicious, offering hearty dinner and breakfasts truly tasty. As for the spa, it offers a sauna, gym, and pool everything needed for physical and spiritual relaxation. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel staff for making my stay unforgettable.

    Although the location is remote, it could be accessed by...

    Although the location is remote, it could be accessed by public transportation. It's literally at the end of the road, a 30+ minute car/bus ride. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I wrote several emails beforehand asking specific questions and Jan always replied quickly.

    The hotel is located high in the Alps and has incredible panoramic mountain views. We visited the hotel for 3 nights only, better to plan for 5 at least. Plenty of routes for hiking with amazing landscape and nature.Everything was very nice. Room is clean with fully equipped kitchen. Very good and helpful hotel staff.
