The staff were incredibly welcoming, our room was very cold when we arrived and when we asked for heating they went out of their way to make sure they turn the heat on, despite it being early October. We were surprised by the pizzeria - the pizza was delicious! Breakfast was rich, lots of sweet and savory options, nothing extraordinary but everything you might need.
