Excellent staff - professional, responsive with questions before arrival. Friendly and welcoming on arrival…. Assisted with local directions and information. Beautifully presented reception. Easy onsite parking. Lift accessible. Room was also very well presented, high ceilings, spacious, large bathroom. Great breakfast, buffet and chef on site. Kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop and crockery. Soundproofed room, large windows, electronic and secure access. Good location. We both loved the property and our stay .

The service was outstanding! Lovely staff who booked a restaurant and taxis for us without hesitation. It's a gorgeous property with unique styling and a only a short stroll into the heart of the beautiful Citta Alta town. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely courtyard. I spent 24 hours in Bergamo as a last minute itinerary change before a week of work in Milan and was so pleased to have chosen this destination!

That was the best hotel ever! Pleasant and very helpfull receptionist, employees at the hotel’s restaurant were very kind. The design was very stylish, everything clean, you had more than you need. The breakfast was top. We did not want to leave. 100 % recommend this as your must stay.

We had an extraordinary pleasant stay for a weekend. The staff was very nice and the view from the breakfast area was incredible! (breakfast was perfect too). The room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotel has its own very fine restaurant and there are another restaurant and a pizzeria 2 minutes away. The Funicolare is just around the corner and is easy access to Citta Alta (cute old town of Bergamo). Hope to return one day.

    A quiet town but with a very good electric train/tram service into Bergamo, where you can easily connect to Milan. A couple of nice restaurants, one general Italian food, the other pizza. Two bars are located at the tram station.
