We loved how comfy the room n how cental it was to us going and experiencing the rieti chilli festival it was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful we highly, HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone and if we ever make it back to rieti we will return here again!

Beautiful historical villa and gardens. Love the murano chandelier and all the furniture. The dining room is amazing and wonderful with a beautiful wood ceiling. You can relax and feel like living in early 1900. They adapted very well the old and elegant rooms with modern confort ( air conditioning, modern bathrooms) without changing the classic style. The swimming pool is large and it’s perfect for swimming. We will come definitely back and we will recommend to friends. The breakfast in a rooftop terrace is relaxing, good variety of food. Great service in all the hotel.

    Very nice villa and very reasonable for the price. The hosts are very nice and thoughtful. Good breakfast in the morning. The place was kept clean and huge space to walk around in the room. I will certainly use this villa again in the future!

    If you have the misfortune of finding ypurself in reiti the...

    If you have the misfortune of finding ypurself in reiti the only place you should consider staying is park hotel villa potenziani it is a magnificient stately home outside of reiti with pool and fabulous terraces and gardens. If u drop down into reiti avoid hotel.miramont it is most definitely NOT 4 star its reaching for a 2 star, a hostel would be more comfortable. The shopping is purely to reach into the tourist's pocket, the "designer" labels are suspect and do not buy the so called steve madden originals you will be sorely disappointed, the only good thing in reiti is the road out of it!

    Rieti is an underrated gem of a city, small enough to feel...

    Rieti is an underrated gem of a city, small enough to feel very manageable and safe, while still offering many great restaurants and beautiful churches in a lovely natural setting, with the river and the view of the mountains. It would make a great base for exploring the surrounding Sabina region or doing some serious hiking or skiing. Also very convenient for the Franciscan sanctuaries in the surrounding hills.

    Despite the language barrier, the hosts were very kind and even helped me when I made a mistake booking the wrong date. They didn't have to do this and I was very appreciative. Comfortable and clean stay, definitely enjoyed my time there! Recommend

    The hotel reception staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The room was huge and airy with a great view. Easy to find and the perfect stop for our first night out of Rome on a road trip. We only wished we stayed longer than one night!

    Big comfortable room. Street parking immediately outside the hotel. Very helpful owner. 5 Minute walk to the town centre but there is a very good restaurant above the hotel. Very nice breakfast in a bright airy room.
