Our stay at Villa CamAn was excellent! The property is very close to the beach and very spacious! The owners made our stay very comfortable and made us feel very welcome! Overall I highly recommend it for families that want to spend time together and enjoy the beautiful sea of San Felice Circeo.

Beautiful villa with large garden and view over the bay, less than 5 mins walking from the beach and 10 from the old center. Very nice staff, well maintained facilities, private parking available. Absolutely a great deal in terms of value for money - definitely top recommendation for accomodation in San Felice Circeo. Also considering money go to a veey good cause

    We were there in the off-season and the beaches were pretty much closed up. It is a pretty town and would be fun to visit when there are more people around. During the season I imagine the place would be hopping!

    Extremely beautiful Artdeco-style villa! Stunning ocean view from the deck of our room! Loved all the decor and handpicked furnitures and marble pieces. Lovely staff, all family-run and very accommodating. Plus really cute dogs Argi and Tina that hung around. The beach chairs are so nice to have and come in handy. There is even a playground directly at the beach, which is handy for families with young kids.

    It's so homey, it doesn't feel like a hotel which we liked a lot. Amazing view, helpful staff, every corner is like a painting. Dreamy and calm. Food was fantastic, the chef and the staff were professional. Compared to all the restaurants we tried, the hotel's food was superb. Thank you.
