The location is in a quiet place far from the tourist chaos. Yet you can move by car everywhere. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Clean and stylish rooms. The host was so kind to provide me some eggs for breakfast (and extra favor I asked).

We absolutely loved Hotel Corte Altavilla as well as Conversano, the hotel was immaculately clean and the rooms were very large and spacious. The staff were excellent and breakfast was great served on the roof top terrace. There are 2 terrific restaurants in Conversano worth going to; Vita Pugliese and Il Giullare near the castle (try book in advance). Conversano is a great base for day trips including beach days (Torre Canne), visits to Polignano Al Mare , Mattera etc. Also worth doing a boat trip to the caves/grottos from San Vito which is 15 minutes away, we absolutely loved that. We'd highly recommend Hotel Corte Altavilla!
