Everything. The property is beautiful and the attention to detail is exceptional. The staff are so lovely and happy to help in any way they can. The rooms are surprisingly spacious - much larger than in most places I’ve stayed. The receptionist (I regret not asking their name) was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humour. The private balcony was also a lovely bonus - perfect for relaxing.

We choose this hotel mainly because of the location, near Bari Centrale, as our train was arriving in Bari very late, but the stay was so good that we would definitely stay there again. Rooms were pristine, staff extremely friendly, facilities looked new and comfortable and breakfast was great!
