Really tranquil and nice place, with lots of areas to hang out, read book, get tan or exercise. Breakfast was delicious, people working there were very nice. We enjoyed every moment and it felt like home ❤️swimming pool, lightning at night, smell of jasmine - wow

Very quiet and peaceful place, easy to find and easy to get around by car. Lovely pool, excellent food, lots of parking, very good AC system, very good water pressure in the large shower. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very much at home!

Very unique property, with so much thought and detail in every piece, warm, comfortable and had every thing we needed to cook and enjoy our time. Casa Balat is in a wonderful and peaceful location, a short 25min drive from Noto centre. Wish we could have stayed longer, will be back for sure!

Rebuilt monastery, small agriturismo hotel, managed by one of the best host - Domenico - one can imagine, super friendly, funny & great hints for local activities & open to give insights in Sicily history & culture.
