The staffs were kind and always ready to help. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel is well represented. Breakfast was well cooked. It tasted really well. I particularly liked the homemade cakes and scrambled eggs. The pool side was clean and well looked after. It has a secured gate which helped to keep young children safe. Small but practical cottage that has everything one could need for a slow few days, including a washing machine. Nearby Torgiano has a supermarket for groceries and from this base we could explore nearby towns. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
