The room, if a little bare, was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is good for the centre of Umbertide. We thought that a couple of glasses could have been supplied. The coffee machine and fridge were in a shared area with another room, so that on our last morning the coffee machine was blocked with used coffee capsules.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Umbertide. The property itself was stunning and the host was great. The house itself was clean, spacious & had good amenities. We had use of the private pool (which had a stunning view) and it was never an issue securing a sun-bed. There are fans in every room, 2 bathrooms, good sized bedrooms & a kitchen full of lots of helpful things you’ll need if you plan to cook whilst you stay. The property felt incredibly safe, which was especially important travelling with our 3 year old.

    The staff and owners have been adorable with us. Giving good advise for visiting the region plus some wonderful hiking paths. It is not like an hotel but more like your own house vibes. There are some tables to pic nic and outdoor sofa so you feel at home and it is super quiet. It was a very long road trip so we were full of luggage and they kindly helped us. I will definitively return with a great pleasure :)

    The property was in a beautiful setting in Umbria. We were made so welcome by Stuart and Katrina, they really made our stay exceptional. They could not do enough to help us, it was like staying with family.
