The location is beautiful and quiet, nice view from the pool, outside area available to spend quality time with the friends. We had a ground floor room with outside sitting area, all very comfortable and clean. Excelent host, very kind and helpful, always doing everything to make our stay as nice as possible. We also had our motorbikes, did every day bike tours in Toscana. Our host prepared a special parking places for the bikes, gave us ideas for the daily trips.

Nice small hotel with very nice, heartwarming and helpful personnel. The building is not new, but well maintained and tidy. The owner is a patisseur and they receive fresh sweet bakery products for breakfast - an absolute win. The hotel is located a 5 minutes walk to two different beaches, several cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. We enjoyed our stay with our family of six.

It was a nice ride on the motorcycle to the hotel . It had a good carpark for the bike . The staff was really nice . There was food on site as well . It was nice and quiet out the way , just the job for me away from all the tourists . The room was clean and all was good
