Carlo, the gentleman at the front desk, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every suggestion he made, from Borghetto, to the gardens near the Villa, to restaurants, turned out to be a delightful experience and his wine recommendation of Bardolino was delicious. I'll try to find some in Dallas if possible. Our children were safe and well cared for while staying at the Eden. Thank you!

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Booked a triple room ( we are a family of four but my 3 year old was going to sleep with his sister) they surprised us with an extra bed for my little one to be comfortable without being charged extra. Very clean rooms, good breakfast and beautiful surroundings. My kids loved the new swimming pool ❤️ For sure this will not be our last visit.

Modern and and exceptionally clean,Thoughtfully designed.Very close to the main square but not noisy.Private parking. Most of all we appreciated the time taken by our hostess to make us feel at home .We don’t speak Italian and she doesn’t speak English but we managed very well with “Google translate “

    Very cute small village, it has super nice restaurants and bars. I liked walking around and going to Borghetto, which is the best part of the city on the river. It is also very close to Lago di Garda, we went there by car in 20 minutes and we enjoyed the beach there. It is easy to access, from Milan 2 hours of drive.

    The hometown of tortellini combined with many tourists attraction. Suitable location close to Lago di Garda. Don't miss visiting the imperial vila of Villa Sigurta and its garden. Lovely town with many places where you can enjoy great food.

    they did extra charged me because I had a pet and they did...

    they did extra charged me because I had a pet and they did not tell me before I had to pay an extra for it. Please be aware they may charge more for everything basically... they promote a price, you book it on booking platform and at the end of the day they charge you extra money for no reasons. Very very annoyed by it... very upset as well.... they do not play fair. Lea

    One of the greatest stays I have ever had! Mariaangela is simply a great host. The apartment was clean, fully equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds and amazing views. The fact that you could also borrow bikes on site and do some tours in the amazing surroundings is completing this wonderful picture. You feel like being part of a movie! Borghetto and Valeggio sul Mincio are one of the greatest hidden gems of Italy. Thank you, Il Cigno! Looking forward to coming back! 🤗

    Lovely little hotel, very cosy and comfortable. Welcoming hosts. Room was clean and airy, comfortable beds. Good size pool, my children enjoyed it a lot. Secured parking. We had a very delicious evening meal which we ordered on site, as well as delicious breakfast with variety selection. All in all we loved our stay here. Thank you!
