An absolute perfect stay :) The resort is beyond beautiful, the food simply amazing and delicious, but the highlight of the highlights is everyone working here. From the chef, to the manager, to the people in the restaurant, reception, literally everyone is simply the most hospitable nicest people ever. Waleed went out of his way to help with everything, I just can’t explain the level of his hospitality and kindness is beyond amazing. If you are visiting petra, this is the hotel to stay at. STAFF: Exceptional staff that makes you feel like at home and they are always ready to help. They explained to us the best way to visit Petra in detail, and they gave us their number in case we need any help. ROOM: The room is super clean, and the bed is very comfortable. New and efficient/silent AC. Parking available at site. LOCATION Location is a few min from petra. Many dining options around. RATING: I rarely give 10/10, but this hotel and the staff deserve it.

I booked the hotel room in the morning and few hours later checked in. They surprised me with their personal touch by decorating the room, as it was my birthday, followed up by cake, very delicious. I would like to thank the whole team for letting us experience such a wonderful customer service. The most for their kind genuine smile which you cant buy with money... 👍🏽😍😬. Nit mentioning late checkout car parking.....

Pretty clean room and bathroom, staff were exceptional especially Mr Hammam. Breakfast for JD5 was impressive, so many choices. Price per night is okay for touristy Petra. Met other like-minded solo travellers here.

We liked the location of the hotel in the center of the town, it had beautiful view of the city from the roof top restaurant. There was also the possibility to buy tickets for the Petra by night show directly at the hotel which helped us to save time. We also liked the small seating area in front of the hotel. We had a welcome soft drink at the arrival which was a nice gesture. The beds were comfy, the AC was working well. The rooms and bathrooms where clean with toiliteries. The staff was nice and helpful.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you immediately feel peace! It's so pleasant and relaxing there. The staff is extremely warm and helpful. The food is excellent. I will stay there again when I return to Petra someday! I had left my hat behind accidentally, and the manager contacted me and had someone bring me the hat all the way up to Amman later that day, which was so kind and thoughtful!

    we have encountered fraudulent behavior on the part of the...

    we have encountered fraudulent behavior on the part of the accommodation operator. after making the reservation via "booking.com" we arrived to the location - meeting with the resort representative "Ahmad" we were taken to another camp resort ( very old, nor matching the pictures during the booking, empty ) being told that the other "camp" is full... but 1 room could still be found - as long as we're happy to pay double price. We accepted as we're in the middle of desert. But this was clearly deliberate fraudulent conduct. Our recommendation would be for Booking.com not to keep contractual relationship with such accommodation providers.

    Perfect place to stay in Little Petra, very near from Petra itself with the advantage of being isolated from the tourist crowd Staff is friendly and their recommandations of what; where, how, the do and don't is highly valuable Food was good and diverse ut breakfast can be improved

    Great location right next to little Petra and 5 minutes from...

    Great location right next to little Petra and 5 minutes from Petra. Suggest you take a car to the top (Rear) of Petra and enter near the monastery then walk down hill towards the entrance as it is a big day of walking. Hotel has lovely staff and very helpful. Every night was a large outdoor fire with tea service and music while the hills had lights on them for great photos. Suggest spending two nights in this hotel min maybe 3-4 nights to experience all the surround areas.
