The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good. The rooftop offers a wonderful view of Kobe, and the onsen facilities included in the stay were absolutely fantastic – in Europe we would probably call it a sauna or wellness. I love the location just one step to China food restaurant. 50 m to Shopping street. Onsen at the 14th floor with drink and ice cream popsicle. End of the day with ramen. Room very big.
