Beautiful and peaceful stay. Ken, the chief priest took care of us really well. We are well informed about Nichiren buddhism and led to join the evening chanting and morning chanting. Vegetarian dinner and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful experience, the highlight of my Japan trip. Great room, spacious, clean and comfortable, with an unbeatable view -- I don't think you can find a better Mount Fuji view! Easy to get to (even with public transport) and off the most touristic path. All the staff was so kind and professional during and before the stay (answering all of my questions even before the stay). Japanese breakfast was delicious.

My trip was mostly there to see the onsen and how it held to its reputation - which it did and then some. The staff took much pains to ensure that the food, service, and all amenities were well explained.
