A really comfortable and clean room with almost everything you need - washing machine, steam/drying closet, stocked kitchen, TV, sofa, walk in wardrobe. The staff were very friendly and even helped me forward my luggage. The location was amazing, a few minutes from a subway station that will get you to central Sapporo in about 10-15 minutes. There's plenty of stores and restaurants around the hotel as well. It was good value for money and I would stay again

The staff are very friendly and the facilities are very clean. The location of the hotel is also close to the exit of Odori Station, so it is very accessible. The room is very clean and the interior is excellent. The TV tower seen from the room is very fantastic. All the staff members respond very kindly to small questions and requests.
