Great location: 10 minutes to the city center and around 25 min walking from the train station. Everything in the hotel is very new! I also loved the welcoming reception team. Moreover, in the main lobby you can get free tea or coffee.

Everything was literally perfect!!!! We stayed at the hotel for only 2 nights and had so much fun. The location is ideal, close to everything and our room was amazing. the staff was lovely and welcoming, they helped us with everything we needed. - good size of the room and bathroom, with some storing spaces; which good for longer stays - nice quality cleaning products offered to customers (shampoo, etc) - good size and great central positioning of the TV (makes it a nice entertainment experience in bed, after a long day) - friendly staff, always smiling and happy to help - good location, close to restaurants, bars or supermarkets and just 20 min walking to Gion neighborhood - nice amenities: liked to have the possibility to get on our own new towels, tea, a vanity kit etc., from the hallway, close to our room, whenever needed - the sustainability focus of the hotel - cleanses standards were great
