The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well decorated with a modern vibe and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The surroundings of the club were picturesque and serene. They also serve both Japanese and Western breakfast and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall speaking, it is a perfect accommodation as long as you're driving. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Karuizawa next time.

The breakfast and dinner provided was excellent. The breakfast was salad , bread varieties, sausages and ham and coffee/tea . I love the dinner especially the quiche and beef stew. The place is very uniquely designed. The owner kept a lot of ornaments from his travel through Europe. I love it. Overall if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and with excellent service, this will be it.

New hotel in Karuizawa. I really like about their interior and surrounding. It's totally match with the concept of nature and peace. All staffs can communicate pretty well in English. No communication problem at all. I like their hospitality They will introduce all the areas and guide us to the room. 5 Star hotel 5 star services. Free Shuttle bus between the station and hotel. Room is super nice. Rooms come with balcony can enjoy magnificent view. Surprisingly their bar counter have tons of alcohols. More than 8 types i guess. Pretty amazing. Definitely will come back again!

We only stayed one night at Twin-Line Karuizawa before heading to Shiraito no Taki early the next morning, but we truly wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Our room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. It’s also in a great location—perfect for visiting the waterfall, with the bus stop just a few steps from the entrance. We’re so grateful for the experience.
