Great location next to Harbor and easy parkings. Both rooms were big and the living room was quite comfortable and cozy. The dinning room with most plates and cuttery allowed us to enjoy making our own meal. All rooms were clean and tidy.

We loved our stay, it is great value for money. It has plenty of room for a family, we have 2 teenagers and they both had a room each. The stairs are very steep to get to the up stairs bedrooms, but the room downstairs was fine for my husband and I. Stairs fine for young people. Great bathroom and laundry facilities and even a great clothes rack and hangers to dry clothes. Plenty of kitchen facilities to make breakfast, or even cook eggs or pancakes, we loved being able to do basic cooking.

Very well equipped and decorated. More than enough rooms and beds for a family of 6 of us. I liked how there is a shower upstairs plus the bath downstairs. Loved the sauna too! Location is excellent too, near to Hakodate Park and the Ropeway.

Gorgeous, two-level home. Comfortable spaces for our group of 6 people. To say this home was well-appointed would be an understatement. Every amenity was provided, from personal care amenities to well-stocked kitchen supplies. One of my favorite aspects of the home was the view of the bay, and the location was perfect to visit Cape Tachimachi, and the tram stop to go to many local sights. The host was so kind and thoughtful to leave some plum wine for our first day. Our family played on the pool table and dart board, and we loved eating meals at the big table. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house even more. Would definitely stay again.
