The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well decorated with a modern vibe and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The surroundings of the club were picturesque and serene. They also serve both Japanese and Western breakfast and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall speaking, it is a perfect accommodation as long as you're driving. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Karuizawa next time.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities lovely. Beautiful views across the valley and mountains. We stayed here between visits to Takayama and Tokyo and it was a breather between those locations. A great place to unwind. Loved the hot spa bath with a view.

The room was really spacious and accomodating. Real suitable for large family or group of friends as it has a large common area and even outdoor seating with bbq facility. the location is really close to station, about 300meters far which was really convenient. restaurants, bars, groceries and convenience store is strategically located around. everything was really great during our stay
