We needed emergency accommodation after our flight was cancelled at boarding. It was about a 30 min taxi from Narita International Airport. We were greeted by a young man close to midnight who welcomed us and got us settled. The home is a beautiful traditional residence, located in the countryside, with basic necessities provided. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to explore the area as we had to return to catch a rescheduled flight the next morning, but a wonderful experience. Personal transportation would be beneficial for longer stays.

Using this hotel for the second time and as impressed as before. For a good price it is super comfy, perfectly clean, rooms are well equipped, no sound from airplanes. Good free shuttles to the airport and to the Narita city. Breakfast is brilliant!

I liked how easy it was to get to the airport through the hotel’s free shuttle bus. It made it so much easier to get around the city, especially for a first-timer. I also liked that there was a mini convenience store for my everyday needs. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was so great for late arrival of early departure guest. The amenities are very thoughtful. All you need to just prepare the cloth u need to wear. All others are take cared. Service are great and the breakfast is good too. Easy to go there by hotel bus. The bus stop is easy to get there.

The reasonably priced hotel yet the room is much bigger and comfortable. The hotel building is next to the onsen, public bath was a huge bonus! A few restaurants and cafe within the building. What was amazing was there was a proper bus station with a waiting room/seats that loops between tokyo central area and the hotel, direct bus is available!!
