Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Our room looked right at Mt Fuji it was such a spectacular view! The location was perfect on the lake in Yamanakako. After going to both Yamanakoko and kawaguchi I believe this area is best as there are much less tourists around and so it’s very peaceful walking by the lake. The room was great, we got the traditional Japanese style and loved it. We even got traditional robes to wear. I loved the bathing area too, the hot bath was so relaxing.
