Our room was very large, new and had all the right facilities, kitchen etc. I really liked the onsen of the hotel, and the breakfast was excellent. Snooker table was a cool addition. Staff was super kind and helpful. 15 min. drive from a ski park, 20 min. from Karuizawa city center.

The place has such a great vibe and it’s so relaxing! We didn’t make the reservation at the restaurant and we ended up ordering room service. They had a similar menu as the restaurant and the presentation of the food was great!

This hotel was great value for money and located right in the middle of Karuizawa. The breakfast was lovely and the price very reasonable. Plus you can hire electric or manual push bikes.

Good location close to the train and bus station. Staff was extremely friendly, They gave good recommendation on how bus tracks and other points of interest nearby. We got a perfectly cleaned room and there were perfect white sheets and a pretty good breakfast. The Welcome Drink and the afternoon game room setup in the cafeteria was a nice surprise which my son enjoyed. Also the fact that we were always welcomed by the staff at the hotel door when we came back from our walks was a great touch.
