This ryokan is situated in beautiful nature. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room and had dinner by the riverside on both nights. Rooms are big, cozy and very relaxing. The whole area is beautiful and we enjoyed exploring it. Food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing, best we had in Japan so far. All the staff was absolutely wonderful. They picked us up at the bus station and dropped us at the train, which made the whole trip much simpler. Everything was perfect and we are glad we included this place as a part of our honeymoon stay!

The place is magical. Hidden in the forest, with beautiful river. Our room was spacious, with tatami floor and small private garden with hot bathtube. Meals were delicious. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. It was perfect stay.
