Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura is very well designed hotel with convenient position to Kamakura station and Kamakura Street. There are Muji Cafe and store on the first floor. The hotel is safe and clean with well trained employees offering nice service. The staying was very nice and comfortable. I would love to visit again and recommend it to my friends who is about to travel in Kamakura.

Staff is very polite and ready to help. Location is perfect - close to the station, lots of restaurants around, 10 minutes walk from the sea, 10 minutes from hachiman-gu. The room is spacious enough and the beds were comfy. Ofuro is super nice to relax after the day.

Third time staying at Smile Hotel and that says everything. Price has been lower than most other hotels so really good value. Rooms are large for Japan, modern and really clean. Location perfect close to station and places to eat. Don't need to go out either as there's a conbini connected at first floor. Highly recommend this hotel
