Everything! We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Romduol…. So much so that we extended our trip from two nights to five nights. Every aspect of our stay was out of this world. The beautiful location (surrounded by nature), stunning bedroom (all furniture crafted by the seriously talented owner) and delicious food prepared freshly. The cherry on top were the owners and their family. Kind, thoughtful and lovely people to be around. We loved being shown around the workshop, playing chess and having dinner with them. We had a small motorbike accident and the family took such good care of us, checking on us regularly and helping us with whatever we needed. If you are looking for a few days holiday in an idyllic and peaceful surroundings, this is the place for you!

the attention to detail in this hotel is exception. They have done an amazing job at restoring the old cinema into a beautiful and relaxing oasis in the city centre. i’ve never stayed in a nicer boutique hotel in cambodia. it’s honestly on the same level as some of the big 5* names in phnom penh, only without all the bullshit. main plus is that it’s completely new / newly renovated. no one wants anything from you. it’s spacious but only a few rooms, so no one bothers you.

The personell was extraordinary friendly and considerate! Breakfast was also delightful, possibility to use the kayaks for free was also a welcome activity during around sunset. Great pool - great also with kids - great atmosphere in general 10 minutes by Tuktuk to the city center.

The resort is Beautiful! Amazing gardens, views, accommodation- we stayed in a water bungalow - good size, balcony, clean, comfortable, all we needed in room, good Aircon, restaurant on site Fabulous views all around and the best food we had in Cambodia. Breakfast always good and lots of it- staff very attentive & helpful, all friendly, hired kayaks to do 'the Kampot loop' - nature all around, sounds incredible day & night, great pool to cool off, very quiet when we stayed 5nights, so peaceful, tranquil & very relaxing. Would definitely recommend this resort, enough out of town to be away from noise bit few mins and couple dollars in tuktuk to all food & bars in town. All in all a fabulous break, gardens & whole resort arra well kept & clean. Stunning sunset views from restaurant 10/10 from us for sure
