Beautiful small hotel.The staff are so helpful and polite. The location was so central but just far enough away not to be disturbed. Breakfast choices were good enough choices to suit everyone. The manager was on site to help with any issues. We had problem with bus company and was helping by the hotel's staff properly.

The staff were kind, always smiling, and quick to respond to any requests. The location couldn’t be better—close to major sights yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The pool? Absolutely fantastic! It’s huge and inviting, perfect for an afternoon swim. The rooms were good and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Parking was ample and easy to navigate. I’m so glad I chose this hotel.

I have stayed in some of the top hotels but rarely have I felt that every single thing I did was doing the staff a favour: 'can I have another coffee?' ' Thank you Sir! Huge smile the coffee comes. ' Thank you, Sir' and you really felt they were grateful. The staff all behaved as though they held you in the highest esteem and gave such huge smiles at every opportunity. Came as a guest and left as a friend is not original but true.

Everyone from the staff was extremely polite with our family. They made feel us absolutely comfortable. 🙏 All of the extra compliments were great - free transfers, massages 💆🏻‍♀️ The ladies in the SPA area were wonderful as well. We highly recommend this boutique hotel ❤️

The hotel was a friendly boutique hotel and we got to chat to other guests by the pool about their travels. A very chilled vibe. The pool is a great size too! The standout for Bayon is their staff, they are so warm and helpful. This kind of service is so rare, their enthusiasm really shone through. From the reception staff, to the bar, restaurant and our tuk tuk driver all were exceptional and made us feel like we were at home. The hotel can arrange tours to Angkor Wat and other temples with various options.
