The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

Ive stayed in a lot of hotels over the years this was THE BEST HOTEL by far, in terms of value for money, location, facilities, staff, location just PERFECT book it you will not be disappointed, 10 out of 10.
