Everything we needed was found in this small but busy town, just north of Galle it's easily reached from Columbo or the airport using the highway. Compared to Hikkaduwa, Ambalangoda is smaller, has fewer tourists, felt more authentic. Easy to move around in a TukTuk. We mostly dined at Villa La Kurmba, great food!
